- Florida: Baseline Survey (PDF - 66 KB) – designed to learn more about the range of family structures, the attitudes of Florida residents towards family issues, and to identify factors that contribute to healthy family relationships.

- Oklahoma Marriage Initiative Statewide Baseline Survey (PDF - 88 KB) - designed to learn the public attitudes and perceptions about marriage.
- Transition to Parenthood Baseline Survey - designed to learn more about the relationship quality and attitudes of low-income mothers and fathers during pregnancy.
